WARWICK FARM PREVIEW with Chris Scholtz – May 8th

07 May, 2024

Chris previews the Warwick Farm meeting on May 8th with selections for all races and best value Plays on a heavy track.

WARWICK FARM May 8th - TRACK RATING: Heavy 10 (3pm Tuesday); Rail: True

FOR VALUE

RACE 6: (5) GELATIN – Hard to be confident on what may be a bottomless track but this Snitzel 3YO is unbeaten in two starts on heavy tracks and they include a first-up win over this course and distance in December. A couple of solid trials have him ready for a repeat performance.

RACE 7: (7) NANSHE – Has only missed a place once in five starts and has taken the eye a couple of times with his efforts on affected tracks. Resumed with a strong third on a soft track at Kembla Grange and no reason why he won’t improve off that effort.

RACE 2: (7) SHAMROCK SALLY; (1) Emilia Jane; (4) Twin Telepathy; (8) Star Act
