#12 Rich Dottie
Looks a classy filly. Loved what she did when winning on debut on the Caulfield Heath track, got home in some of the fastest closing splits of the day. Tim Clark goes on from an inside draw and should be able to settle forward of midfield.
#5 Angel Capital
He was explosive on debut at Cranbourne over 1000m. Settled last, looped the field and ran a 10.92sec L200m, the fastest of the entire meeting and soft on the line. He looks a very exciting colt, the wide draw is certainly no knock and Jamie Kah sticks.
Suggested Bet: Even Stake Win Bets both #12 and #5
#5 Chinny Boom
She’s a very nice Mare who is continuing to build a formidable record in QLD. Races best fresh and presents here 5 weeks between runs. Maps to get an economical run in behind the speed from barrier 1.
Suggested Bet: Win Bet
A few of the main chances in the Group 1 map to get back and will need some luck. I WISH I WIN at his peak is the best horse in the race, however, being asked to take even money about a horse that may land three back the fence isn’t a betting proposition for me. If the track is playing fair, ESPIONA will be showcasing her turn of foot down the centre of the track. BELLA NIPOTINA is one of the most consistent Mares going around and any track downgrade brings her right into calculations.
