Satin Serenade is heading in the right direction and you have to feel a win is on the cards soon. Chris Waller’s filly out of Frankel should thrive at this distance, and although Albert Palais was finishing like a train behind her last time, she finished a good couple of lengths ahead when they met just over a week ago.

Warwick Farm’s midweek meeting on Wednesday, 2 September, had one race we kept coming back to, so our horse racing tips zeroed in on Race 2. Satin Serenade, a Frankel filly from Chris Waller’s stable, had been building run by run. Her last start was the one that caught our eye. She got the better of Albert Palais by a couple of lengths, at a trip that looked right for her. Each outing seemed to take her a step forward, and a win didn’t feel far off.
